My room here had a super comfy bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. It also had climate control to keep the room at the perfect temperature, a safe to keep my belongings secure, and a big flat-screen TV for unwinding. 🛏️ Besides, the pool here was fantastic, and I enjoyed sipping on soft drinks at the lobby bar.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, close to high-end brands and fantastic dining options like the restaurant in IFS. The staff, especially Adward and Cecilia, provided exceptional service and took great care of us throughout our entire stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide selection of tasty foods.
Nothing it is perfect.

Our recent stay at a luxury hotel in China was nothing short of incredible. the hotel's location was ideal; there were many options for local restaurants to try out, and the fitness center was impressive with up-to-date equipment. the Front Desk area was always busy, but the friendly staff still provided excellent service. the main restaurant served delectable dishes, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. Our room was spacious, with an exceptional view of the city skyline. the housekeeping staff kept our room pristine and restocked with fresh towels daily.
Some of the Sichuan dishes at the Chinese restaurant did not live up to our expectations.

During the New Year, my stay was great thanks to the amazing complementary drinks and food offered at the lounge area, which made me feel at home. Additionally, the hotel's convenient and central location allowed me to easily explore the city on foot and enjoy all the nearby attractions. Plus, the room was fitted with state-of-the-art facilities, which made my stay even more comfortable.
Although the overall experience was great, the prices for additional services were quite high and this may not fit into everyone's budget. Additionally, the staff at reception could have been more friendly and willing to assist, as some of them seemed aloof and uninterested in helping with guest requests.

The bed in the room was comfortable, and the view was fantastic. the hotel had a great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas. They have a nice pool and delicious breakfast.
The Wi-Fi was spotty and often slow. the staff was not very friendly or helpful at times, and the room's cleaning could have been better.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room and a quiet atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to meet our needs, especially Eli, Stanley, and Robert in the fitness room and breakfast room.
Menu for breakfast could use more options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Chengdu for a quick getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was the delicious all you can eat dim sum at their Chinese restaurant. Our young son loved the fun tent set up in our bedroom, adding an extra touch of excitement to our stay. Additionally, the signature Ritz-Carlton smell throughout the property created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
